Delivery Information

All our prices include UK post and packing (unless otherwise stated) and online payments can be made securely through our website.  We also accept payment by cheque (payable to 'The Birders Store') and these can be sent to our store at: The Birder's Store, 4a King Charles Place, St John’s, Worcester WR2 5AJ. If paying by cheque, please email us your order to sales@birders-store.co.uk.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, or for bulky items (eg larger spotting scopes and tripods) ParcelForce Express service.

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours during working hours 9.30am - 4.30pm Tuesday to Saturday with a delivery estimate of two to three working days unless otherwise stated on the product page (Special Delivery is highlighted for certain products). 

Orders placed after 3.30pm on Saturdays are dispatched at the beginning of the following working week starting on Tuesday, due to early closure of Post Offices on a Saturday and our store being closed on Sundays and Mondays. 

PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer shipping products outside the UK.

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted the parcel will be returned to your nearest Royal Mail/ParcelForce depot and a card will be left providing you with options for collecting from the depot, redelivery at a time to suit you or delivery to your nearest Post Office branch for collection.
